Packed with calcium and probiotics, creamy yoghurt can be enjoyed any time of day. You need lots of calcium when you are pregnant. You will share this with your baby so not enough and it will lessen in your bones and teeth.

It makes for a delicious breakfast if you add some granola and honey or berries to it. Or you can try it as a dessert instead of calorie packed ice-cream. It is also a great mid-afternoon snack to keep those sugar cravings at bay.
