We get it: your pregnancy has left you worn out and lethargic, and you need a quick and easy boost of energy so you'll have be alert and in the mood to socialise. While coffee and energy drinks may not harm your baby directly, it's best to limit your intake. A tiny cup once a day should suffice, although you could replace it in other ways, such as taking short power naps throughout the day or sipping on chamomile and ginger tea.
