Soy beans in general are an unhealthy food. They contain a very high amount of anti nutrients that prevent mineral absorption. They also contain lots of phytoestrogen, which has the same function as estrogen. It can wreak havoc for male and female fertility by disrupting our natural hormones. Soy bean oil is highly processed and is mostly GMO. The only safe soy bean is the fermented unprocessed variety, which is hard to find these days.
