When the time comes to give birth to your baby, you know that it will be hard but oh so worth it in the end. If you can, it is highly recommended to walk around during labour. It has two benefits; it distracts you from the pain of contractions and it helps move the process along more quickly. Also, walking around will help you to pass the time between contractions.
