5 natural ways to deal with labour pain

When the time comes to give birth to your baby, you know that it will be hard but oh so worth it in the end. There are many methods of pain relief offered to you but there are conditions and limits to when these can be administered. An epidural, for example, is sometimes only offered to you once you are 6 cm dilated.

2. Soak

Most delivery rooms will have a bath tub or, if you are really lucky, a nice Jacuzzi, that are amazingly comforting. Even if all you have is a shower, try it out. The warm water will ease some of the pain and it's also a great way to relax between contractions.
