DIY masks: Skin foods you’ll love

Every woman envies the gorgeous “pregnancy glow” expectant women get in their second trimester of pregnancy. It definitely trumps the best blushers and other cosmetics around! We have a treat for all you pregnant mummies, with these 10 foods and DIY face masks that will further bring out your natural glow, making you look doubly radiant.

1. Avocado

Avocados are packed with antioxidants and fatty acids that are excellent for your hair and complexion. They also make easy DIY face masks! To make, mash half an avocado with a teaspoon of lemon juice and one spoon of plain yoghurt, then slather on and leave for 20 to 30 minutes. Your face will thank you for it. You could also depuff your eyes, if you've got a major case of the bags - place two slivers under your eye area, then lie back and relax!
