10. Yoghurt

Plain Greek yoghurt, in particular, has added benefits for the body and skin because it contains lactic acid and skin-friendly bacteria that soothes rough areas, clears up acne and evens the skin tone. Mix a cup of Greek yoghurt with 2 drops of olive oil and some honey, then apply to your face and leave for about 20 minutes.
