How to sleep better during the 3rd trimester

Growing a life inside you is your own little miracle but it is definitely a challenge, physically and emotionally. It is common to feel sleep deprived during pregnancy and the third trimester is the trickiest. Your belly is much bigger now, making mastering those pregnant sleep positions more difficult.

A study, published by the Journal of Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 2011, found that sleep deprived pregnant women may have a harder labour.
