Ingredients for red and black dates tea
- 3/4 bowl of red dates
- 15 pieces of black dates
- 50 grams of Bei Qi
- 50 grams of Dang Shen
- 100 grams of Longan Meat
- 20 grams of wolfberries
- 1 pc of ginger

Preparation of red and black dates tea
- Remove all the seeds from the dates
- Pound ginger and wash all the ingredients
- Place all ingredients in a slow cooker and fill it up with water
- Set the temperature to high and 2-3 hours for it to start boiling
- Once it starts to boil, reduce the temperature to low and leave it for a slow boil over 8 hours
- Serve when ready
