In the beginning, learning how to get baby to sleep will take some time. You’ll try many different ways before you find a routine that suits the both of you. Don’t be disheartened if there are time when nothing will work. Be patient and know that it is all part of your baby growing and developing as nature intended.
If you have more than one child then remember that not all babies are the same. The routine that worked for your first baby may not work 2nd or 3rd time round. 1. Set a routine
Babies tend to like routines, especially the same ones done over and over again. There are many things that you can use to create the perfect routine for you and your little one. A nice relaxing bath, some soothing massage time and a nice rock in mum's arms. You do not have to do them in that precise order. Try things out to see which way works for you.
